Menu Plan Monday

It's a short work week for me, just three days! I'm hoping to go out to dinner with the hubbs by the end of the week and take advantage of Ann Arbor Restaurant Week. Perhaps even go to lunch! We haven't spent much time together lately with him being sick, going to band practice, and catching up on studying. I hope he starts feeling better soon, especially with all the chocolate chip cookies I made for him yesterday.

Pan-Roasted Garlic and Lemon Chicken
Baked Ziti with Italian Sausage
Beef Dip Sandwiches
Shrimp, Feta Mac and Cheese
Chicken, Asparagus, and Parmesan Couscous

I'm excited for the Beef Dip Sandwiches. It's been a long time since we've had them!
